Key Responsibilities:
Order Processing:
Receive and process sales orders accurately and efficiently.
Verify order details, pricing, and availability of products/services.
Communicate order status and confirmations to customers.
Customer Support:
Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information.
Maintain strong customer relationships through timely communication and exceptional service.
Sales Reporting:
Compile and analyze sales data, preparing reports for the sales team and management.
Assist in tracking sales performance against targets and goals.
Documentation and Record Keeping:
Maintain and organize sales-related documents, contracts, and records.
Ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately and on time.
Inventory Management:
Monitor and report inventory levels to ensure product availability.
Coordinate with the inventory or warehouse team for restocking.
Sales Team Support:
Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing sales presentations and proposals.
Schedule and coordinate sales meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Sales Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities for streamlining and improving sales processes.
Suggest and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency.
Communication:
Act as a liaison between the sales team, customers, and other departments.

Qualifications:
Should come from an engineering background.
Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced sales environment.
