Role & Responsibility:-

1. Lead Generation:
- Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including outbound
calls, emails, and social media.
- Qualify leads based on company criteria and convert them into sales opportunities.

2. Sales Execution:
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Negotiate and close sales deals in alignment with company goals and pricing strategies.
- Prepare and deliver quotes and proposals to clients.

3. Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide post-sale support.

4. Sales Planning and Reporting:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the Sales Manager/Director.

5. Market Research:
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Gather feedback from clients to contribute to product development and improvement.

6. Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing team to align sales and marketing strategies.
- Coordinate with the customer service and product teams to ensure seamless client experiences

Skills and Abilities Required:

 - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
 - Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
 - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. 
 - Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. 
 - Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach. 
 - Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales goals. 
 - Adaptable and open to feedback and continuous improvement.
 - High level of professionalism and integrity.
