we are Looking for a Real estate Business Development Manager.

Business development planning: Developing and executing a business development plan for lead generation 
Client relationship management: Building and maintaining relationships with clients and channel partners 
Business development opportunities: Identifying new business development opportunities and converting them into business 
Client research: Researching clients and prospective clients to understand their needs and requirements 
Business development tracking: Tracking and evaluating business development plans and efforts
Industry positioning: Helping to position the company in the real estate sector 
Contract negotiation: Developing and negotiating contracts to close new business deals 
Documentation: Conducting documentation studies and providing them to the due diligence team 
Communication: Liaising with internal teams such as sales, legal, finance, and due diligence 

Some qualifications for a real estate business development manager include:

  • A bachelor's degree in business management, sales, or a related field
  • A minimum of three years of business development or sales experience, preferably in real estate
  • Strong client relationship management skills
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Market research experience
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Superior presentation and communication skills
